The Shield theory

Once upon a time in ancient times the wars had been fought using spears, swords, bows and blunt weapons.

Back then there was a century long war between two kingdoms

And they fought bravely until one of those kingdoms won the last battle and the war in the end

When the winning army returned home they came back in a diversity of postures

Some of them came back hiding beneath their shields

Others did proudly carried their shields

O

And the third category came back carried on shields

Let’s have a look over these three postures :

A) Hidden beneath shield – are usually those that are afraid of change and prefer to avoid involvement and taking responsibility being afraid to lose their jobs if they do so

B) Carrying proudly their shields – are the ones who would like to take some actions but not to be held accountable for that

C) Carried on shields – Are usually those that would like to take actions whenever is necessary and also to be accountable for those actions.

These three postures are usually found in the corporate culture

I’d like to mention that this article it’s not a pamphlet or a fantasy story , it just depicts the reality that surrounds us whether we like it or not .
